I have been going to Frair Motors since I purchased my first Honda in 1991. In addition to that, when I lived in Birmingham, Alabama, I drove over to Atlanta so that Steve could work on my car. That is how much I trust him and his staff to take care of my car. They have provided excellent service - not only to my car but customer service as well. I feel very confident that when I leave there, my car is in perfect running order. Once, back in 1991 or 1992, they alerted me to an issue my car had with the oil filter and since my car was still under manufacturer warranty, they suggested that I take my car back to the dealer for repair instead of fixing it there ar charging me. That was when I knew that I could trust Steve and his staff. They treat my car like it is their own and I like that. I had my 1991 Honda until 2002 and I truly believe that the reason I was able to keep it so long was because of how well my car was taken care of. I am now on my second Honda (2002) and I know that I will have this car for several more years due to Frair Motors. They are the best!! Thanks Steve, Wayne and all the others! Keep up the good work!!

In the beginning, I knew Frair Motors was a step above, in all they do when I experienced amazing and accurate diagnostic service after other shops/dealers did not know what was wrong. The
diagnosis is very quick most of the time. Blew my mind!
Frair Motors Always "GOES THE EXTRA MILE" A couple of instances:
1. I was on my way out of town, really needed a quick service
and new tires due to my procrastination. Steve said to come in due to
safety issue he did not want me on the road. Frair Motors bent over backward, they managed to get me in and out the door quickly!
2. I have owned a couple of cars over the years which Frair did Not specialize in. Steve Frair made phone calls, found the most Efficient and reasonable repair shops for me. Again, Steve bent Over backward!

It's where you want to take your baby, knowing that integrity, top knowledge, and attention to detail are never sacrificed. Frair has serviced my Mercedes and Land Rover vehicles for years and never once have my cars whined about anything.
